Dear IEEE members, September is here, and we are happy to announce the IEEE student activities are back.
We are happy to communicate that our next PitchDs will be again accepted as learning activities for the PhD students in “Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering (EECE)” of Politecnico di Torino. Similarly to the pre-COVID-19 situation, the speaker will obtain 3 hard skill hours. We are also working to provide a way to validate one hard skill hours to EECE PhD students in the audience, even if the event will be held in an online form. Further information on how to obtain this eventual hard skill hour will be provided in the next weeks.
In the meantime, we advice PhD students doing research on any field connected with the IEEE world to apply as speakers for the next PitchDs. Send us an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” as soon as possible! The September PitchD is already scheduled with three speakers, but we still have some October seminar positions!
