About IEEE

IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE’s highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

About IEEE Santa Clara Valley Reliability Chapter

We are  a volunteer group of professionals engaged in assuring reliability in the engineering disciplines of hardware, software, and human factors. Our primary focus is in hardware reliability.

Our objective is two-folds:

  • Provide the reliability community the tools and techniques to solve professional
    reliability challenges
  • Act as a leading forum in Bay area to discuss anything related to reliability (issues, standards, jobs etc.)
