WG Activities

  • The WG began revision of the 2014 version of the standard in 2022.  The standard will be previewed at NPEC 24-02 and SC3 will request permission for the draft to proceed to ballot. The ballot pool closed on September 20, 2024.  The initial balloting will occur in the October-November timeframe.

Meeting Information

The WG meets virtually via WebEx from 2:00 pm – 3:00 PM Eastern time the 4th Friday of the month starting in 2024 (except January and July when we hold hybrid meetings at NPEC).  However, these meetings are currently suspended since the draft standard is heading into formal balloting.  The meetings will resume, as needed to support ballot comment resolution.
