Registration

1 Fees – All Fees Must Be Received in Singapore Dollars Only
2 Main Conference – Each Paid Conference Fee Entitles the Payee:
2.1 Access to all conference sessions
2.2 Daily Coffee/Tea breaks and lunches
2.3 One conference program book
2.4 Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet
2.5 Registrant can select the dietary preference for Conference Banquet during the registration process
3 One-day Registration Fee entitles the Registrant to:
3.1 A Day-Pass to attend any conference sessions of the chosen day
3.2 Coffee/Tea breaks and lunch of the chosen day
3.3 Authors/Presenters are not eligible for One-day Registration
4 Optional Purchase
4.1 Only Conference Registrants are eligible to purchase additional ticket for their companion/guest
4.2 A limited number of tickets are available for purchase and acceptance confirmation is subject to payment being received and places being available at the time of your registration.
5 Tutorial Registration Fee entitles the Registration to:
5.1 Access to all the Tutorial Sessions on 24-May-2015
5.2 Coffee/Tea breaks and lunch on 24-May-2015
5.3 One copy of the Tutorial Notes

6.1 IEEE Member Rates – Applicable to current members only
Membership ID must be provided if you select this category.
6.2 Student
  1. Applicable to Students from any university. Proof of student status will be required at the time of registration. See also point (b) below.
  2. Proof of student status can take the form of an official letter from the university or a student card, in English. At the very least, it should provide the following information:
    • Student Name
    • Student matriculation number (student ID with photograph)
    • Expiration/Expected Graduation date (This cannot be before conference start date)
    • Name of University/Institution

Terms & Conditions

1 It is expected that at least one author attends the meeting to present the accepted abstract.
2 Authors need complete their meeting registration and pay fees (if applicable) before 04-Apr-2015. Late payment may result in the abstract not being included in the conference program and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
3 Each conference registration will be allocated one presentation
4 Discounted Rate applies for fees received before 04-Apr-2015.
5 Regular/Onsite Rate applies for fees received on or after 04-Apr-2015
(not applicable to authors/presenters who must register and pay fees before 04-Apr-2015)
6 Any fee amount owing to the conference will be recovered online or collected onsite upon check-in at the registration desks.
7 For walk-in registration, regular/payment onsite, standard conference items (e.g. printed programme and conference bags etc.) are available only while stocks last.
8 For “Additional Purchases (Optional)”, purchase confirmation is subject to payment being received and only while stocks last.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

1 Is applicable to any purchase, including banquet, reception, conference registration, additional lunch tickets etc.
2 For cancellation notices received on or before 25-Apr-2015, the full received amount minus SGD100 administrative fee will be refunded. For cancellation notice received after 25-Apr-2015, refund will be at the discretion of the conference organizer and will be considered on a case to case basis.
