Participants from Assessment Level I and Level II Countries should consider this option. - Conference secretariat can also issue the invitation letter but cannot act as guarantor.

Entry Requirements
All visitors to Singapore must meet the following entry requirements:
- Valid travel document (minimum 6 months validity)
- Onward/return ticket
- Entry facilities to next destination
- Sufficient funds to stay in Singapore and
- Visa for Singapore (if applicable)
Countries Requiring Visa
Foreigners holding travel documents issued by the following countries will require either a Business or Social Visit visa to enter Singapore:
Assessment Level I Countries – How to Apply
Commonwealth of Independent States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan), Georgia, India, Myanmar, Nigeria, People’s Republic of China and holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity and Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit.
Assessment Level II Countries – How to Apply
Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries.
It is highly recommended that foreigners from Assessment Level II Countries should apply for their visas through a Singapore-based trusted partner (such as Westminster Travel).

- For foreigners from Assessment Level I Countries, processing time takes minimum 1-3 days and costs USD115/SGD135, approx per application
- For foreigners from Assessment Level II Countries, processing time takes minimum 4-7 days and costs USD115/SGD135, approx per application
