IEEE entities are asked to play a role in helping promote the Member Discount Program by requesting and distributing promotional materials available on this page.

IEEE Section volunteers may request a small supply of program literature and giveaways* from Member Discounts and our program providers to be distributed at IEEE meetings. To request promotional items in the US, please email discounts@ieee.org and include the following information:
- Region or Section name
- Name of IEEE event or meeting
- Date of event
- Number of attendees
- Name of requesting officer and position
- Mailing address.
