The Pampas Palace Hotel is located 4.4 km (Figure 3) from the event venue (UFABC). The IEEE PES members will be transported by rental buses with a capacity of 40 seats.

The students will be accommodated in quadruple, triple and/or double rooms (Figure 4).

2) Congress venue:
Universidade Federal do ABC. Street: Alameda da Universidade. Neighborhood: Anchieta. City: São Bernardo do Campo. State: São Paulo. Country: Brazil.
The congress will be organized at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) locate in the Sao Bernardo do Campos city. The event will be held in the “Beta block” o UFABC with a build area of 4279 m2. This block has 2 amphitheaters (Figure 7) with 124 seats and an auditorium with 400 seats (Figures 5 and 6).
