An expansion of the proposal for a new IEEE IAS 3000 series standard for campus power systems.   We started this PAR at last year’s IAS Annual Meeting, developed it further at the I&CPS 2016 Conference, and now another version for review and discussion is linked below:

We have made some modest progress on this since last year’s IAS meeting but, admittedly, progress has been slow, largely due to the fact that the E&H committee chairpersons were also the organizers of the 2016 I&CPS Conference in Detroit.   It is likely that we can accelerate discussion and development based on feedback from this year’s IAS meeting.
