Eligibility Requirements

• Student applicants must be enrolled full-time in an electrical engineering program at an accredited University.
• Young Professional applicants must be employed as an electrical engineer with less than four years’ experience.
• All recipients must register for and attend the conference and stay a minimum of two nights in the Conference Hotel (Delta Hotels Montreal by Marriott, 475 President Kennedy Avenue, Montreal, QC H3A 1J7, Canada).
• After the conference, all recipients must complete W-8/W-9 forms and submit them to IEEE to receive the award.

Submission Requirements

• All interested applicants must submit an abstract summarizing their research topic.  The submission link is here: https://forms.office.com/r/p77DMwrFY1
• If selected for presentation, participants must prepare a poster of their research topic that will be presented in the Poster Session at the conference, per the guidelines on this page.

Schedule

• The abstract submission deadline is January 9th, 2025.
• Award notifications will be sent out no later than January 30th, 2025.
