ECTI Student Travel Grant 2024

ECTI Association Systems & Control Chapter is pleased to announce nine Student Travel Grants (STGs) to support students in Thai universities who will attend and present their papers in technical sessions at ECTI-CON 2024, SICE 2024, and ICCAS 2024. These travel grants include registration fees and/or travel expenses (if any).

Amount          

• • 7,500 Baht per student and up to three students for ECTI-CON 2024.
  • 10,000 Baht per student and up to three students for SICE 2024.
  • 10,000 Baht per student and up to three students for ICCAS 2024.

Important Deadlines

Qualifications for Eligibility

To apply for the ECTI Student Travel Grant, the applicant must:

• Be a full-time student (Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D.) at a university in Thailand during the paper submission deadline.
• Be the author or co-author of the paper accepted by ECTI-CON 2024, SICE 2024, and ICCAS 2024. One student could apply for a grant no more than two times.
• Register as an author/presenter.
• Attend the conference and present the paper.

Selection Criteria

Applications will be evaluated and selected by the organizing committee according to the following criteria:

• The necessity of a travel grant for the student.
• The overall quality of the paper.
• Recommendation letter from advisor/supervisor.
• Priority will be given to papers accepted to be presented in special sessions jointly organized by ECTI Association Systems & Control Chapter.

The following documents are required for application:

1. ECTI Student Travel Grant Application Form
2. Receipt of registration payment
3. Notification of paper acceptance and review comments (if any)
4. Scanned copy of a valid student ID card
5. Recommendation letter from advisor/supervisor

Note: All files should be in PDF format and enclosed in one zip file. An incomplete application will not be considered for the ECTI Student Registration Grant. Student Registration Grant will be presented to awarded students by email.
