All papers submitted to 2018 IEEE PES ISGT Europe that are presented (oral or poster session) at the Conference will be submitted to the IEEE for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Papers that are not presented (oral or poster session) will be noted as Not presented after the conference and will not be sent to IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
All oral presenters are required to provide the session chair with a PowerPoint or PDF presentation before the start of the session. To allow a smooth flow of sessions, presenters must use on site available Windows-based computer. The length of the presentation is restricted to 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions/discussions with the audience.
The 49” smart TV will be used for poster presentation. The poster template can be downloaded HERE. Please, DO NOT PRINT your poster. Send it in digital form (.ppt and .pdf format) by mail 2018isgteurope@gmail.com before October 15th, 2018. The authors of the poster must be physically present during the poster session. Their poster should cover the KEY POINTS of their paper, which include but not limited to background, methods, results and conclusion. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. This will save your time for discussions and questions with fellow researchers. The detailed schedule of poster arrangement will be available on webpage after October 15th, 2018.
