Our next event is on Monday the 12th of August from 5 to 6 pm and it will be a face-to-face talk on RF Design for Ultra-Low-Power Wireless Communication Systems. The presenter is an IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Distinguished Lecturer A/Prof. Jasmin Grosinger from Graz University of Technology in Austria. We are also thinking of organising some hands-on RF or microwave training sessions. In particular, making use of designs that were available for amateur and meteorological satellite bands. A call for expressions of interest will be publicized in the Section weekly eNews and if you would like to be part of this, or have some thoughts about it, then please do contact Les Davey (les.j.davey@gmail.com) directly.
