IEEE Homecoming 2020

Western’s IEEE Student Branch would like to invite you to our 2020 online homecoming event.¬†With the current situation, student run clubs are an asset to students looking to improve their technical skills. Although Covid-19 has been a difficult situation for all of us, Western IEEE took this as an opportunity to innovate. Online events are more accessible to students with busy schedules. We are also able to offer socially distant, in person programming by partnering with a number of build teams.

Student clubs are able to thrive with support from alumni like you. We invite you to chat with our executive team and see what we have in store in these challenging times

Professional Development

At the Western IEEE Student Branch we aim to prepare students as much as possible for their future workplace. Professional development events improve networking, resume, and interview skills..

Technical Workshops and Builds

In addition to our focus on professional development, we also provide opportunities for students to expand their technical skillset, and pursue their interests. Through our technical workshops, students build a healthy array of technical skills. Through our builds and collaborations with Western’s build teams, they can explore their interests and gain some hands-on experience.
