📣 As we all know the department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics in Lamia has the pleasure of hosting the 15th FOSSCOMM conference! But first, lets get to know FOSSCOMM a little better!
💡 FOSSCOMM (Free and Open-Source Software Communities Meeting) is an annual national conference in which the scientific community gets together once more to spread ideas and knowledge on open source software and even more!
➡️Each year the event takes place in a different city and involves communities, developers and companies associated with Open Technologies. During the event, there will be various talks and workshops based on numerous topics such as Machine Learning ,IoT, Artificial Intelligence and many more.
➡️What makes FOSSCOMM even better is the fact that everyone with interest in open source software can participate not only by being part of the audience but also by submitting their own talk or workshop!
➡️The FOSSCOMM 2022 organizing committee invites the open and free software communities and any interested parties to submit a talk or workshop application to https://pretalx.fosscomm.gr/fosscomm2022/cfp by 30 September 2022. The official language is Greek, but it is possible to accept proposals in English.
📍This year’s FOSSCOMM will be held on 18 – 20 November 2022 by the University of Thessaly and specifically, by the Department of Informatics with Applications in Biomedicine.
