Rami Mezher

Rami Mezher currently serves as the Vice President of the IEEE AUB Student Branch, where he leverages his passion for leadership and technical expertise. Holding the position of Event Officer last year provided valuable insights into the club’s operations, paving the way for a more informed and impactful leadership role this year. Rami actively spearheads various technical workshops and events, taking the lead in initiatives that not only contribute to his own growth but also foster the development of fellow club members. His dedication is evident in successfully leading events such as the IEEE Internship Panel, Software Interview Build, and other noteworthy activities, all of which have achieved significant success.

In addition to his leadership click here responsibilities, Rami is deeply committed to the technical aspects of his role. With a background in electrical and computer engineering (ECE), he has demonstrated expertise through active participation as a teaching assistant in an electronics course at AUB. His ongoing research collaboration with Professor Rouwaida Kanj underscores his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field. Furthermore, Rami’s internship with UCI significantly enhanced his hardware-related skills, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of both software and hardware domains. His multifaceted experience also extends to membership in the Student Representative Council, where he honed crucial leadership and communication skills, further enriching the dynamic and collaborative environment within the IEEE AUB Student Branch.
