I am currently the President of IEEE AUB Student Branch. I am interested in Software and creating a lasting impact by driving meaningful initiatives that support student development and industry engagement. With a passion for leadership, technology, and professional growth, I contribute actively to IEEE AUB team by working closely with the team to ensure our events are of the highest quality and provide real value to students. This year, we have broken multiple records and set new standards for the club, both at AUB and regionally.
Together with the team, we bring strategic thinking, leadership, and strong organizational skills to create a collaborative and supportive environment. With experience in consulting, student leadership, and event management, I have worked on multiple high-impact projects, both within and beyond IEEE. My background in engineering and business, combined with my experience in mentoring and organizing large-scale initiatives, allows me to drive the club forward and ensure it continues to grow in influence and reach.

I am currently the Vice President of the IEEE AUB Student Branch, where I am dedicated to fostering student personal and professional development by driving initiatives that enhance their skills, confidence, and engagement. I work closely with the IEEE AUB team to ensure our events provide real value to students, in addition to organizing fun activities and humanitarian initiatives. This year, we have pushed boundaries and set new benchmarks for the club, both at AUB and regionally. I actively contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging environment within IEEE by organizing interactive events, team-building activities, and outreach programs that bring students together. My experience in planning social events, humanitarian initiatives, and student leadership has allowed me to create impactful experiences that promote both professional growth and community engagement. Through organizing large-scale initiatives, fun activities, and humanitarian efforts, I aim to help drive the club’s growth and ensure its lasting impact.

My name is Mohamad Baghdadi, and I currently serve as the Public Relations Officer of the IEEE AUB Student Branch. Driven by a genuine passion for technology and innovation, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community and creating valuable opportunities for fellow students in engineering and technology.
In my role as PR Officer, I contribute by organizing bootcamps, career orientation sessions, informative lectures, and engaging social events. My responsibilities primarily focus on building strong connections that benefit our members and enhance the overall image and reach of our branch. Being proactive and energetic helps me continuously explore new avenues to expand our network and foster meaningful collaborations.
My academic background in Computer Science and Engineering has provided me with the foundational skills necessary to support the branch’s mission effectively. I approach my responsibilities with humility, always eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the collective success and innovative spirit of our community.

I’m Jad Shaker, and I currently serve as the Treasurer of the IEEE AUB Student Branch, where I help manage logistics and resources to keep our initiatives running smoothly. But beyond that, I’m actively involved in shaping the branch’s vision, making sure our events and projects are well-organized, impactful, and truly beneficial to the student community.
I work closely with the events team to plan and execute initiatives that give students meaningful experiences whether it’s through workshops, networking sessions, or hands-on projects. My goal is to create an environment where students can explore new ideas, innovate, and grow.
With a background in Computer Science and Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset and a passion for both technology and leadership. I’m always looking for ways to push IEEE AUB forward, strengthen connections within our community, and create opportunities that leave a lasting impact.

My name is Taline Slim, and I currently serve as the Secretary of the IEEE AUB Student Branch. With a strong interest in technology, leadership, and innovation, I am passionate about creating opportunities for students to grow in the fields of engineering and technology.
As part of the IEEE AUB Student Branch, I actively contribute by organizing events, managing communications, and ensuring coordination between members and the executive committee.
