General Assembly — 2019
Our Annual General Assembly took place Monday, September 23rd at ELH at 7:30 pm. As we usually do, we started introducing IEEE by putting a face to the club, with our advisor Dr. Imad El-Hajj. Then, the IEEE Student Branch’s president Mark Kazan presented this Cabinet, Marketing Officers, Event Officers, and Webmaster. The president then explained the roles and objectives of Members at Large and Year Representatives. Also, he introduced the click here IEEE subsidiaries — Women in Engineering Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, and AUB Robotics Club — and their respective cabinets.
The attendees of the General Assembly were then encouraged to head to the roof, where free pizza and muffins were served, for a chance to win coupons for gym memberships, gaming lounges, Mr. International, and etc.
