There is an Hour of Code event going on at Beatty Elementary School (close to Eastern and 215) that is looking for volunteers to assist. If you aren’t aware, Hour of Code tries to get kids excited about programming through web-based logic games. I’ve assisted with this for many years and it is a great experience. Programming experience isn’t really required as it is block-based and is going through basic logic. If you have time to spare on Monday 12/9 I would encourage you to take part.
