First IEEE Baltimore Technical Colloquium
and
Professional Development Conference

The IEEE Baltimore Section will host its first technical colloquium and professional development conference on November 2, 2024, at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).  The conference will enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies in STEM and strengthen your power skills to complement technical skills.

2025 EXCOM Officer Election

The 2025 officer election for the Baltimore Section Executive Committee (ExCom) is planned to occur in November.  This year’s ExCom officer candidates are:
  • Chair:
    • Chinonso Ezeobi
  • Vice-Chair:
    • Neeta Basantkumar
    • Amit Srivastava
  • Treasurer:
    • Robert (Bob) Rassa
  • Secretary:
    • Bradley Taylor
Voting will take place via web with voting instructions provided at a later date. Ballots are expected to be available around 1 November and remain available through 8 December. Call for Volunteer – Baltimore Section Newsletter Editor

The Baltimore Section is searching for a volunteer to edit and publish the section’s newsletter.  The newsletter is one of several ways that the Executive Committee announces events and activities of the IEEE Baltimore Section.  If you are interested or have more questions about this volunteer opportunity contact the section secretary, Chinonso Ezeobi.
