Registration must be made through Eventbrite, you can opt for various means of payment (credit card, EasyPay, Bapropagos, direct debit, etc.).
You need to select your registration category in the first menu Eventbrite offers.
NOTE: In all cases it is necessary to properly complete registration information.

Disenrollment: If you decide to disenroll you must notify by email argencon@ieee.org.ar before June 1, will be returned only 80 % of the amount paid after the congress ended. After that date no refund for cancellation.

Registration includes:

Access to all Congress sessions, simultaneous events (as in the case of the 3rd International Symposium of the Society of Ocean Engineering in South America) and posters.
A CD / DVD with the contents of the papers.
During the Congress a snack in the morning and another in the afternoon will offer.

The ticket allow access to the sessions congress.

If you present paper to the conference with many authors, at least one author must be registered in order to present the paper. The registration fee is individual , that means, professional co-author or mentor have to apply to Professional author fee. Students authors have to apply to Student author fee.

Congress considers the possibility of granting scholarships to facilitate attendance.
