We would like to invite all WV Section members to Annual Section members meeting.

The goal for section annual meeting is to get to know each other and the peers in the IEEE WV Section and share the annual activity planning, improve member participation and recruit volunteers on organizing events in the section.

Agenda:

1. Get to know the 2021 executive officers and their roles: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Membership Development Chair, Secretary, and Women in Engineering Chair
2. Get to know about the student organizations and affinity groups under WV section
3. Discuss about the vision of the section and yearly activities
4. Call for volunteers for section activities / proposals to improve events and offerings to members
5. Discussion for improvements and K-12 outreach activities
