Invited Speaker: Mohammad S. Abdullatif, Millimeter Wave IC Design Engineer at National Instrument CA

Software Defined Radios are transceivers that turn PCs and chassis into next-generation wireless prototyping tools.
Products are designed for building wireless communication systems, physical layer prototyping, and performing signals intelligence research.

Presenter bio:

Mohammad Salah Abdullatif

Mohammad Salah Abdullatif, Currently a senior mmWave (millimeter wave) IC design Engineer at National Instruments, in the Bay Area, California. He obtained his BSEE from Cairo Univ in 2008. Followed master’s program in Artificial Intelligence at Helwan Univ. Egypt in 2012. Currently a master student in Nano Technology at Ohio University in parallel with his enrollment in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering at Ohio State University. He was the founder of “Legend Technologies Center” in 2009 in Cairo and was the CEO of the center until 2013. Between 2012 – 2016, he worked as a Senior RF (radio frequency) Systems Engineer at National Instruments in Egypt, Lebanon and the Gulf countries. Between 2009 – 2016 he worked as a Chief Design Architect at Cairo University, Sinai University, Texas A&M in Quatar, and Oil & Gas RASCO. He worked a Design Engineer in Cyclotron Project at the “Atomic Energy Authority” in Egypt at 2009. Worked as a Head of Micro-Electronics Department at Global Max in Egypt at 2005. Awarded the Best Product prize from Samsung Real Dreams in 2010. He also obtained the Engineering Excellence Award from National Instruments in 2020.
