The meeting is open to all IEEE members and your participation is important in making this a successful event. Highlights from 2015 will be presented along with an introduction of the nominees for the 2016 Executive Committee. Dinner will be served following the brief business portion of the meeting along with presentations from:

- Dr. Witold Kinsner (President, IEEE Canada)
- Mr. Dave Kemp (Vice-President – Grants, IEEE Canada Foundation)
- Ms. Lesley McFarlane (President, APEGM)
