Abstract:
The session will focus on many of the basics of cost estimation, provide references to many of AACE’s widely recognized resources, and allow personnel to share practical experiences in developing and reviewing cost estimates.
Speaker Bio:
Mr. Williams is an AACE Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) with over 30 years of direct and related project controls experience in the chemical, and oil and gas industries. Dave’s working experience includes time with Bantrel and Bechtel/ Eastman Chemicals in corporate head offices and on construction sites.
