GradCon is an annual event during which current research, conducted by Graduate Students from the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada) is showcased.
SC3: Smith Carter HQ
Smith Carter’s main office, SC3, has received critical acclaim, winning a Governor General’s Medal for Architecture in 2006 and was the first to achieve LEED© Platinum Certification in Manitoba in May 2009. In this unique presentation, Howard Procyshyn, and Sarah Chernis, will share insight about the planning, design, construction, and ongoing use of the building.
