Rashi Narain
Rashi Narain is a Lead Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton’s Cyber Futures Strategic Innovation Group. She focuses her work on optimizing program delivery by leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making and execution. Rashi manages multiple efforts that include full time client work, leading operations and support of the team, and internal firm’s investments to develop and market new capabilities that produce valuable intellectual capital. She is also the Washington DC Regional Ambassador for the Society of Women Engineers in the firm. Outside of her engineering profession, Rashi has a love for the performing arts. In March 2011, Rashi founded Sharanya, a school to impart training in the classical Indian dance style of Bharatanatyam to students of all ages. Through the organization, she motivates students to understand the theory and practice that drives the art form by teaching traditional choreography through engaging and relevant approaches. She continues to collaborate with other dance companies for performances as well as in its arts education and outreach work in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Ms. Narain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.
