Jai Narayanan
Upon completing her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University, Jai Narayanan joined Rockwell Automation’s sales organization supporting business development in Southeastern Pennsylvania. After discovering her knack and skill for promoting the services portfolio, she joined Rockwell Automation’s contract services group and now provides commercial support and expertise for the Northeastern United States.
Outside of automation, Jai’s main passion is supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her leadership roles within Rockwell Automation’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have provided her a platform for empowerment of females and minorities within the automation Industry. Fostering a strong culture of inclusion is vital to innovation and company success, and Jai strives to help strengthen her company’s devotion to diversity and inclusion.
