IEEE PES MSRIT was inaugurated in the year 2014. By the hard work and sincerity of a limited number of volunteers, we have been able to conduct IIT associated workshops and seminars

• PES-TRY: A three-day online competition with students participating from various colleges judged on the basis of their problem-solving skills and understanding of basic concepts.

• Webinar:   An interactive webinar on Resiliency of Microgrids against

Cyber Attack  was conducted covering topics such as Grid-Tier Microgrids,

Autonomous Microgrid,  Blockchain technology, stealth attacks etc.making it

relevant to the current scenario in the cyber industry.

Speaker: Subham Sahoo, pursuing Postdoc research from AAU and completed PhD from IIT-Delhi

• Webinar on How to Write an Effective Research Paper was conducted  in collaboration with the conductedDepartment of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The speaker provided ways of writing an effective research paper in a step by step approach. The lecture was highly interactive and the participants shared their experience in writing papers and hence got enlightened in effective ways of writing a paper.
