Our IEEE PR&C Industrial Electronics Chapter chair, Brian Rosado, was able to attend a workshop hosted by the IEEE Guadalajara Section IES Chapter last month. Below a message from Brian:

Last month, I participated in a workshop held in Guadalajara alongside my fellow members from IES in Region 9 of Latin America, and it proved to be incredibly fruitful. During the workshop, we had the privilege of presenting our proposals to President Antonio Luque of IES, seeking his support in providing the necessary tools for the growth of each chapter. Our aim is to elevate the IES chapter in IEEE Puerto Rico and Caribbean Section to new heights, and we extend a warm invitation to non-members to join us, while urging current members to continue their unwavering support.

Throughout the year, we will be organizing a variety of activities designed to foster new learning experiences and facilitate networking opportunities for both students and professionals alike. Should you have any questions or suggestions for the chapter, we are wholeheartedly committed to listening and collaborating with you to ensure the creation of even more enriching experiences.
