IEEE Distinguished Lecture – New Material Based Micro / Nano Devices

“New Material Based Micro / Nano Devices” by Professor Tian-Ling Ren, Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, China. IEEE Distinguished Lecturer.

Date:  November 30, 2012 (Friday)
Time:  3:45 pm – 4:30 pm
Venue:  PSDC, 1 Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

Abstract

To obtain micro / nano devices with new function and higher value, new materials should be employed combining with main stream microelectronic technologies. In this talk, research on new micro / nano electronic devices based on new materials such as piezoelectric, graphene, magnetic, and flexible materials will be introduced.

Speaker
