NOTICE is hereby given that the 19th Annual General Meeting 2024 of IEEE Malaysia ED/MTT/SSC Penang Joint Chapter will be held at the Victorian Garden Tea Room & Cafe, 33 Irrawaddy Road, 10050 Penang, on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 12 noon.

2. To accept the minutes of the meeting for the 18th Annual General Meeting

Administrative Note:

1. Proof of IEEE Membership for the year 2024 is required to attend this meeting.
2. This AGM is important as it would be the re-application for the registration of the Chapter as a branch under the Societies Act, as has been discussed by the IEEE Malaysia Section and the Registrar of Societies (ROS).  The application in 2023 was in pending status.  And after 90 days, our chapter was required by the ROS to reapply in 2024.  The AGM is being conducted virtually and early notice provided in the hopes of receiving maximum attendance and participation.
3. A semi-buffet lunch will be served after the meeting.
