"Introduce a Girl To Engineering Day" with IEEE Atlanta WIE @ IVY Prep VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – ATLANTA WOMEN IN ENGINEERING AFFINITY GROUP on 20-February-2014

Please join the IEEE Atlanta Women in Engineering for National Engineers Week’s “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day” at Ivy Preparatory Academy in Gwinnett on Thursday February 20, 2014 from 9am to 11am.

We are going to work with 300 girls in 16 classes design a “dance pad” circuit. It’s all about working in teams, design, trial, error and discovery. It’s lots of fun to work with the girls and other great adults.

Anyone with engineering interest can volunteer – women, men, IEEE or not, etc. We’d love to have students from local engineering groups join us. Please register here and use this this link to sign up for a class.
