The final round of IEEE Final Year projects Competition will be held at FAST-NU Lahore on Saturday 23rd August 2014, as per following program: (InshAllah)

2:30 pm.            Arrival of participants

2:30 – 5:00 pm   Set up of Projects, Posters etc

10:00 am – 1:00 pm    Evaluation of Projects

1:00- 2:00 pm            Lunch and Prayer Break

3:00 pm                    Arrival of Chief Guest and round of Projects

3:15 pm                    Closing Ceremony

4:00 pm                    Refreshments

First Prize           Rs. 10,000

Second Prize       Rs.  7,000

Third Prize           Rs.  5,000

All participants will be awarded Certificates of Participation issued by IEEE Lahore Section.

Dr. Naveed Malik, Rector, Virtual University has consented to be Chief Guest at the Closing Ceremony of the Competition.

Participants should note that there must be at least one IEEE Student member in each project group. If they do not fulfill this condition of participation, they can register as member during the competition on payment of prescribed membership fee.
