The 56th Annual International Carnahan Conference on Security Technology (ICCST 2023) will be held at the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Girinagar, Pune, India, and is scheduled for 11-15 October 2023.

The International Carnahan Conference on Security Technology, sponsored by IEEE, is one of the longest running international technical symposia. This conference has a broad scope and invites papers on advanced security technologies including physical, cyber and electronic security research, development, systems engineering, testing, evaluation, case studies and new research lines to face current and future challenges. All papers will be carefully subjected to a blind review process. The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

CV Raman Auditorium in DIAT is the venue of ICCST 2023. Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) Pune is located in Girinagar, near Khadakvasla lake in Pune, Maharashtra State, India. DIAT can be reached by road from any part of India. Also, Pune has International airport with connectivity to major airports of the world. Pune is also reachable by trains or busses from major cities of India.

SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Papers must be submitted according to the IEEE templates (Please use letter size paper and 6 pages maximum) through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Authors paper must conform to the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings.

In order to encourage submission of high quality papers, ICCST 2023 committee has planned for the following paper awards:
- ICCST 2023 Best paper Award : Latest branded laptops
- ICCST 2023 Presentation Awards : Apple iPads or equivalent Tablet PCs
- ICCST 2023 Innovative Paper Awards: Apple iphones or equivalent Smartphones
- ICCST 2023 Session Paper Awards: One paper in each session is selected for this award. Apple watch or equivalent smart watch is presented to the winners.
The awarded paper presenters will receive citation and certificate during the Valedictory program. The decision of the ICCST 2023 Program committee will be final.

CARNAHAN GOLF CUP
A tradition associated with each year’s conference is the annual Carnahan Cup Golf Championship. Golfers from among the Conference attendees play on some of the world’s most beautiful and famous courses, each vying for the coveted Carnahan Cup.
As part of the current year of the conference, the Golf Tournament will take place on (to be updated). Please report your possible participation in the tournament to (to be updated). The costs associated with participation in the Golf Tournament will be covered by each participant himself.
The winner of Golf Tournament will be awarded with a X-Box Series X.
