The IEEE Hong Kong Section Computer Society Chapter (“the Chapter”) is now calling for
nominations for Office Bearers in 2025. Members will be elected to serve the Chapter to ensure
the continuity and the succession of the Chapter in according to the IEEE MGA Operation
Manual Section 9 (Paragraph 9.6 E & F).

The Chapter will elect members for the following officer positions.

  1. Chair
  2. Vice-Chair
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer

Any nomination requires the name, membership number, telephone number and email of the
candidates.
Chapter member may send in nominations to Dr. Jeff Tang (kttang@polyu.edu.hk), Chair
of Nominating Committee, on or before 25 Mar 2025. The Nominating Committee will form the
slate of candidates and submit to the Executive Committee for ratification.
