Immediately following the 2016 Green Technologies Conference, the Kansas City IEEE Section will also host the 2016 IEEE Region 5 (R5) Annual Conference. It will take place April 8th – 10th, 2016 at the Intercontinental Hotel at the Plaza.  This Region 5 event includes business meetings attended by delegates from the 26 local sections, along with student competitions (Circuit Design, Ethics, Robotics, Student Papers, and Standards Development) and a networking event held for students from across the Region.
