For participants who wish to take the train, Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is connected to the center of Athens via an excellent public transportation system (Metro). The Metro Line 3 train runs between the airport and Athens every 30 minutes-on the hour and half hour. Passengers should disembark the metro at the Syntagma Station and follow the exit signs for the Hotel Grande Bretagne. The hotel is located at the corner of the street, directly across from Metro station.
Travel time on the Metro Line 3 train is approximately 36 minutes.
