George Souliotis received the B.Sc. degree in Physics from the University of Ioannina, Greece in 1993 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics from the University of Patras, Greece, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. Dr Souliotis is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Peloponnese, Patras, Greece.
From 2002 to 2015 he was an Adjunct Lecturer and from 2015 to 2019 he was a Lecturer at the Department of Electrical Engineering, ΤΕΙ of Western Greece. From 2002 to 2015 he worked at the Department of Physics, University of Patras, Greece in several positions such as post-doc researcher, teaching laboratory staff, and specialized technical staff. He has more than twenty years of professional and research experience in the design of analog integrated circuits. Since 2020, he has worked for several microelectronic companies.
His research interests include analog/ms integrated circuits, filters, high-speed serial transceivers, RF circuits for wireless transceivers, low voltage, low power electronics, dc/dc converters and others.
He is the author or co-author of over 60 journal and conference articles and two patents. He is a reviewer in more than 10 international journals. He is a senior member of IEEE.
