Listowner Requirements

Listowners are required to:

• Read and Agree to the IEEE Privacy Policy
• Read and Agree to the IEEE Data Access and Use Policy (coming soon)
• All list members should be notified that they are included in your Listserv
• Provide a welcome message
• Provide an opt-out footer on each message (IEEE is adding this for you, unless you want it to be customized)
• Large lists should be Moderated (50-100+ members)
• Request deletion of obsolete lists
