Registration includes: Access to all sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, conference program, conference proceedings on DVD or flashdrive, plus additional conference handouts. Discounts: Special prices are offered for groups of 5 or more people from the same company or association. Each case and each discount will be determined by the organization. If you want to claim the discount, please contact the organization using the Contact section.
Refunds: General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing prior to 1 April 2019 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are NO registration refunds after 1 May 2019
Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
