Please refer to the workshop schedule and program and make sure you  attend the session you are assigned to.

Oral Presenters

  • Each presentation will be 20 minutes long, plus additional 5 minutes for questions and discussion with the audience. Please plan your slides accordingly.
  • Presentation format is PowerPoint or pdf
  • Required slide format is 4:3
  • Please have a short bio of yours that the Session Chair can read to introduce you to the audience. You can give your bio to your Session Chair before your session begins.
  • Please send your slides to compel2018@dei.unipd.it no later than Friday June 22, clearly indicating your paper ID and session number.
  • In case you need to update your presentation, please do so before your technical session starts (e.g. before 8.30am, during coffee breaks or during lunch time). Contact either your session chair or one of COMPEL volunteers to upload your updated slides.

Poster Presenters

  • Poster panel size is (80 cm x 120 cm) (width x height), or (31 in x 47 in) (width x height). Make sure your poster size does not exceed these dimensions.
  • The date, time and location of your poster presentation is indicated in the workshop schedule and program.
  • You are in charge of bringing a printed version of your poster to the conference. In case you need to print your poster, there are printing services located close to the Department of Information Engineering. Nonetheless, please bear in mind that the conference committee and staff will not be able to assist you with printing services during the conference days.
  • Please take your poster down at the end of the session. Any poster left on the panels will be recycled.
