James Janik of TECO-Westinghouse Motors will present on medium-voltage motors:  The presentation is designed to expose attendee to various aspects of medium voltage polyphase induction motors, including history, application considerations, specification, design, and manufacture.

Mr. Janik is the Manager of Engineered AC Product Sales at TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company in Round Rock, TX. He has over 25 years of experience in Medium Voltage Power Electronics and Electro-Mechanical Products fields, and is a Senior Member of IEEE. He and his team assist OEM’s, EPC’s, and End Users develop project specifications utilizing Medium Voltage Drive and Motor systems for a wide range of applications in Water, Wastewater, Paper, Steel, Cement and Mining industries. The team further supports Distribution Partners in all industry segments, including Petrochemical and Power Generation.
