About the Speaker:
William F. Stelter has spent almost 40 years designing, selling, and marketing products related to electric & diesel fire pump controllers, battery chargers, engine controllers and accessory products. As President, William is responsible for all operations within Master Control System. He is heavily involved with engineering. He received a BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) from Purdue University in 1979 and currently holds (5) patents related to fire pump controllers. William is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and maintains affiliations & memberships with ASPE, NEMA S/C 10, NFPA 20 (Committee Member), SFP, AFSA, IEEE and NFSA. William was instrumental in getting NFPA 20 to adopt Variable Speed Fire Pump Controllers and was also appointed Chairman of the Variable Speed Pressure Limiting Control Task force.
