Topic: Multi Energy Systems Biography: Yizhong Hu received the B.S. degree in power system and its automation, and the Ph.D. degree in power system from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. From 2015 to 2016, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. He joined RTDS Technologies Inc., Winnipeg, in 2017 and currently holds the position of R&D Manager, Simulation Solution. His main work responsibilities include network solution, load flow, FDNE, co-simulation, multi-energy flow modelling and transmission-line/cable constant. Dr. Hu is a Senior Member of IEEE and a registered professional engineer in the province of Manitoba, Canada.
