Mousumi Mani Biswas is a creative materials scientist and engineer with extensive experience in electronics materials, polymer, Li-ion battery, energy storage, nanotechnology, electronics devices and manufacturing operations. She has worked in Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 businesses. She had lead and managed collaborative research projects with universities and vendors in magnetic media data storage area. She has authored multiple patents, journal and conference publications in areas of electronics material design, hard disk tribology, coatings, energy storage, and computational materials science and in biomaterials area. In past, her proposals had secured funding from NASA on Li-ion battery material development and from Western Digital on magnetic media materials degradation study. She obtained PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX; Masters from University of Windsor, Canada, and Bachelors from Indian Institute of Technology, India. |
