Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Alim, Senior Member of IEEE and Counselor of IEEE Student Branch, CU and Chairman, Department of EEE, CU was present as the chief guest of the ceremony. In his small talk, he talked about What IEEE is and What are benefits of joining IEEE SB. He introduced freshers to all the amazing aspects of IEEE and talked about its structure. At the event, the former executive committee members shared their experience as an IEEE volunteer, why the fresher should join IEEE and how they can be benefited from the IEEE. In the end Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Alim handed over and distributed crests and certificates among the former executive committee members.
