The IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference (WIE-ILC) which will be 1-3 May 2014 in San Francisco.
The vision for the conference is a mini-MBA for women in technology to help them advance their careers and develop leadership skills.
The conference theme is Lead Beyond. Developing Inspirational Women Who Change the World.
We will have several inspirational, technical leaders for the keynote presentations and three tracks: Empowerment (skills to help women advance in their careers), Inspiration (presentations/skills to inspire women to achieve their goals) and Enjoyment (work/life balance, reducing stress, enjoying life).
