Workshop: Introduction for Ansys HFSS by Nima Javanbakht

January 31, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST

Introduction for Ansys HFSS

Nima Javanbakht

Ph.D. Candidate, Department of Electronics, Carleton University, Ottawa

Nowadays, full-wave simulators help engineers to analyze and design modern devices as realistic as possible, these programs are able to predict the response of the devices in different operational and environmental conditions using numerical methods, Ansys HFFS is among the leading full-wave simulators in electrical and mechanical engineering.

In this workshop, led by Ph.D. Candidate Nima Javanbakht, you will be introduced to some of the basics in Ansys electronics Desktops-HFSS, Ansys Circuit, Maxwell solver, etc. These can be used to model antenna, microwave circuits, metamaterials, conductive and dielectric based objects, and more!

There will be hands-on experience with the simulation tools. Registration required!
