For many years the IEEE New Orleans Section has hosted an annual meeting, titled “Bogy Boogaerts Memorial Manufacturers’ Night”, dedicated to manufacturers and other industries in New Orleans and the surrounding metropolitan areas. This year the event will be held September 19, 2022 starting at 6:00pm at Southport Hall located at 200 Monitcello Ave, New Orleans, LA 70121.

Life Members: $10

Manufacturers’ Night traditionally contains no technical program but is a social occasion where engineers, designers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and others can net- work with members of the IEEE NOLA Section in an informal setting. The event will feature on-site boiled crabs and shrimp, with plenty of cold beverages/soft drinks. This is always our best-attended meeting of the year, and we sincerely hope you will join us!
