Conference fees

PLEASE REMEMBER: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the author rate even if he/she is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author.

Authors of workshop who wish to attend the full event must register as conference author, as workshop author registration is for the workshop day only. No need for two different registrations.

Notes:

– All refund / cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by June 24th, 2017. There will be an administrative fee of 100 EUR deducted from each refund

– No attendee will be allowed to pick up conference packages for their colleagues without prior written permission from the original registrant
